Is always there when you need him, answers emails quickly, answers any questions you have, helped me through a very traumatic experience with patience, concern and knowledge in the law. Bottom line, John was there for me when I was at my lowest point and had absolutely no knowledge on what I had to do. John walked me through everything along with his knowledgable staff.
